The original location for Biscuit Love opened in 2015 in a popular shopping and dining area of Nashville known as The Gulch. The white border and blue graphics were digitally printed and contour cut and then applied to the surface of the sign. We applied a red satin finish paint to the heart. The same laser cutting process was used to create the 1/2” thick white acrylic letters. We fabricated another dimensional sign to go above the front door using a 1/4″ thick aluminum composite panel wrapped in satin black vinyl. We laser cut the dimensional letters (BISCUIT LOVE and OPEN DAILY) out of ¼” thick white acrylic and applied them to the front surfaces of both signs. The white borders, red hearts and blue graphics were contour cut and digitally printed onto high quality vinyl material. The 28” x 8” OPEN DAILY portion of the sign also had the same powder coat finish. We created the base of the round sign using a 1/8″ thick black powder coated aluminum panel, which was 34” in diameter. She explained that the new sign needed to fit the existing black post and arm left by a previous tenant.
